Oct. 26 Near Falls Green: The City of Falls Church Halloween Carnival!

By

The City of Falls Church is hosting its annual Halloween Carnival at the Community Center again this year on October 26. This spooky family event is divided into two periods that cater to kids of different ages. 3:30-4 p.m. is geared toward kids 5 and under, with story time, puppet shows, and face painting. From 4:30-6 p.m. the carnival adds games and crafting projects for older kids (1st through 5th grade), creepy creature shows, and a bounce house. Of course, there’ll be festive food and drink throughout the carnival, as well as music and spooky decorations. And don’t forget to put on your scariest costume, as there will be prizes, a costume parade, and more.

Be aware that event organizers are asking parents to leave strollers at home during the carnival, so be sure to plan ahead if you have little ones (stroller parking will be available in front of the Community Center).
