Audacious Aleworks brews all of its suds in small batches in-house, which allows the local brewery to regularly change up the list of 15 draft brews. It changes from one day to the next, so don’t be surprised to see a few fresh options even if you recently visited. From Snow Miser’s Winter Sour to the Isla Margarita Gose and the Cliffs of Moher Dry Irish Stout, there’s something to suit every taste. Snack on the complimentary popcorn as you imbibe or order a full meal from the kitchen, like the Caprese grilled cheese sammy. It’s stuffed with tender mozzarella, white cheddar, and provolone cheese, plus fresh pesto, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of a balsamic glaze. You’re also welcome to BYO food or order from a nearby spot.
